It was not a disaster and it was not a success either. Then TikTok exploded, I moved into affiliate marketing, and I finally understood the scale of what was actually possible.
I did not step away from a career because I had a plan. I stepped away because I wanted to work from home and actually be present for my children, and then I built the plan afterwards, badly, in the gaps.
